At PetVISION, we are committed to excellence throughout your journey with us. We recognise and appreciate the trust given to us by primary care vets referring cases to us. We understand the emotional journey for clients bringing and often leaving their beloved fur family members in our care.

We are a referral only service. Your primary care veterinary surgeon will be able to assist in the majority of pet eye problems. PetVISION is here to help with the unusual or challenging cases. Due to the critical nature of many eye cases, emergencies can be consulted on the same day as referral from our website e-booking. This helps ensure we get the best possible outcome for our emergency cases.

Our current QLD referral base is from from Brisbane and Wide Bay through to Emerald and Cairns and all the way back down along the coast. We have also helped cases from the Northern Territory and New South Wales.

PetVISION’s user-friendly E-Booking referral system allows owners to make or change an appointment via our live online booking system. Within the boundaries of a busy veterinary ophthalmology practice, we try to offer a flexible approach, which means that we can normally provide a solution that works for you.

Note: Eye critical cases, during the working week, can nearly always be seen the same day as referral, if before 5pm. During out of hours, referral is most likely after a consultation from an emergency veterinary surgeon.

MEET DR GUY CLARE

MA BVSc CertVOphthal.

A veterinary eye surgeon with over 20 years of experience, Dr Guy has a special interest in surgical ophthalmology and helping his clients to understand what has happened to their pet’s eye(s). He has been trained in advanced diagnostic and surgical techniques applicable to the investigation and treatment of ophthalmic diseases.

Dr Guy is highly motivated to get the best possible outcome for pets in his care and will work long hours to ensure this happens.
